电容耐受性: M=±20%,K=±10%
直流漏电: +20℃时, I0≤0.001CRUR或1μA(以较大者为准);
at +85℃ I0≤0.01CRUR or 10μA(以较大者为准)
+125℃时, I0≤0.015 CRUR or15μA(以较大者为准)
