AEC-Q200 measure condition for capacitors
笔记: AEC-Q200的环境测试条件主要依据MIL-STD-202和JEDEC22A-104规范. 不同部位的测试温度不仅相同, 还有电源 (电压, 当前的, 并加载) 要求. 将会有所不同, high temperature storage is not applied bias and load, but in the high temperature working life needs, temperature cycle and temperature impact, the test purpose and method is not the same, in the temperature cycle, high temperature changes need to control the temperature change rate, Temperature shock is not used, high humidity is commonly known as high temperature and humidity test, and humidity resistance is wet freeze test.
