Wet tantalum capacitors / patent certificate available usually consist of an anode made of tantalum metal and a cathode made of tantalum oxide. Between the two is an insulating layer, usually formed by manganese dioxide. The liquid electrolyte is usually sulfuric acid. This structure makes the wet tantalum capacitor have high capacitance and stability.
Jinpei wet tantalum capacitors are widely used in many applications, especially in areas where high performance and reliability are required. They are commonly used in aerospace, military equipment, kommunikation, oil exploration equipment and other demanding applications.
